Framed Posters

All our posters are available unframed or framed and we offer a selection of four different frame styles with a range of prices.

We aim to ship framed posters within three working days and we use Fedex overnight (next day) for delivery.



We've worked hard over the last year to minimise the possibility of framed posters being damaged in transit.

However, when you receive your poster(s) please go through the checklist below:

> Check the packaging before signing for the goods and state on the delivery note if there is visible external damage.

> If you notice damage to the packaging, take a photograph of it if you have a mobile phone with camera. Write on the delivery PDA 'packaging damaged'.

> Unpack the poster(s) and check whether packaging damage has come through to the product itself.

> Check the corners under the corner protector pieces and the face of the styrene glazing.

> If there is any marking or damage, please take a photograph of it and contact us as soon as possilbe (see below).

> Keep the packaging as this will help to confirm that the item was damaged in transit.

It's important that we know about any damage promptly so we can notify the carriers and submit  
a claim to cover the cost of a replacement.
Fedex require us to notify them of damage in transit within 24 hours of delivery.

In any event, it's unlikely that we will be able to accept a claim for 'damaged on arrival' more than seven days after the goods have been received.
