With a quick email I was able to get the products swapped out, and you also confirmed that PayPal having defaulted to a different address would not affect shipping. Love the posters (Lake District/Yorkshire Dales) - great way to plan some walks and get to know location of main Dales and Lakes. Great for educational purpose as well attempting to keep pubs alive. Also got the World Capitals (perhaps a bit confusing as Canberra and Washington DC aren't as distinguishable from other major cities.) Thought they are good value and of good quality. Delivered quickly. Will consider other products as gifts for friends.

I erred in ordering an unframed print. To have it framed by a local frame maker will cost far more than you charge for the framed version. So, I will give the unframed print to my grand daughter, who can gift it to a fellow student and order her a framed print (still cheaper than having it framed locally) plus a framed print for her post-grad sister. Your product is a very good one and your service is excellent.

My print arrived by Royal Mail within 24 hours of ordering - well packaged. The only improvement would be 'tracking' which I know is not presently available but excellent service and good value for money. It's a gift so just hope the recipient is as thrilled as me.

Really pleased with my pubstops map of Derby pubs. I had seen it some time ago in a local picture framers shop and had always liked it. Found it online as the picture framer no longer had it available and was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable but also at the exceptionally rapid delivery, ordered Friday afternoon and arrived the following morning!
